Okay, with that out of the way, what is the Simple Cash Blog all about?

First of all, it’s a terrible name. It implies that it’s about making simple cash by blogging and that’s not the case at all. So if that was your first impression, as it was mine, feel free to put that impression aside. It’s off the mark.

Second, as with any program, it’s worth knowing who’s behind the product. In this instance, brothers John and Matt Rhodes created the program. They’ve been marketing online seriously since February 2007. Since that time, they’ve developed a number of products, including $10 Hot Reports, Step-By-Step 1 Hour Article Marketing, Create Your Own Automatic Continuity, Instant Traffic Generation Secrets, Private Label Rights Training, Create $500+/Month Cash Machines, Step-By-Step Mini-Business Workshop and many more.

As a result of their marketing efforts, they’re currently earning approximately $10,000 a month online.

So it appears they know what they’re doing. Especially since their products have been proven to be successful before they ever offer them to the public.

That’s all fine and dandy. However, we’re reviewing the Simple Cash Blog program here and all that matters is this: will this specific program work for you?

Okay, I want to pause here a moment to explain something that many newbies don’t understand. Even if a program works like gangbusters, that doesn’t mean it’s right for you.

If you hate the idea of writing articles and don’t want to outsource them, then a product that teaches you how to drive traffic through article marketing probably isn’t right for you. If you’re technology challenged and have little desire to learn programming or outsource the process, then developing software products isn’t going to be a successful model for you.

So understand what your limitations are. Don’t invest in programs with components that you know you have a distaste for. You’ll never follow through.

What exactly is the Simple Cash Blog program all about?

This isn’t a new program. It’s been around for a few years, and while the content is solid, it’s been relatively stagnant until recently, when the Rhodes brothers updated much of the material and added a Super Affiliate Challenge component. This is the driving component behind the program now. If you follow the step-by-step plan, the Rhodes Brothers say you’ll go from $0 to $1700 a month in 77 days.

I haven’t completed the challenge yet, but I can tell you that I don’t doubt it will work. However, this is not a program where you can write an article in ten minutes, sit back and wait for the money to roll in. This is a program that requires you to put in two hours a day for those 77 days. Not three, not four, not one hour … two hours a day.

And that’s the way you build an Internet business. You have a goal, you have a plan for reaching that goal, and you consistently work on the plan.

In my book, this is an excellent avenue for both newbies and those affiliate marketers who want to step up their business to the next level.

Is it something a newbie can do?

Yes!

But there is a learning curve. You can’t build a business without a learning curve. If you allow yourself to make mistakes, and you aren’t afraid to try new things you’ll do just fine. There’s nothing black hat, illegal or shady here. It’s just honest work building a future recurring income.

It does require you to write or to outsource your writing. It does require you to spend time in forums. It doesn’t require you to put in the time and effort. There’s nothing misleading. You’re going to have to work and they tell you so upfront.

What else is inside the Simple Cash Blog?

The Rhodes brothers also provide a number of different reports covering various methods of making money and building traffic. For example, there’s a 40 page quick start guide on how to make $500 per month. It’s a simple guide that beginners can follow and it consists of using blogger blogs and affiliate programs to generate a consistent income. John and Matt also teach you the strategies they use to drive traffic to these blogs.

In addition to the regular content, you’re also given resell rights to some of the reports and blog posts. These are mostly small reports which you can sell for anywhere from $7-$20 a pop. Of course, you’ll have to be involved in the Internet marketing niche in order to reap the full benefits of these products.
