Blogging To The Bank 2.0
You’ve probably heard about blogging before, in fact, you may have your own blog or two. It’s a trend that continues to grow because blogs are easy to set up, search engine friendly, and fairly easy to maintain.
One of the more challenging aspects of blogging, however, is how to monetize your blog.
Well, Rob Benwell, who wrote Blogging To The Bank, has just released Blogging To The Bank 2.0 with the subtitle: How To Create Highly Profitable Blogs That Suck In Thousands of Targeted Visitors Everyday.
I’m currently running six to ten blogs. None of them are making big money. One is earning a small amount every month through advertising. The others make a few cents each month through Adsense. Why so little? Because I’ve never really developed a strategy for monetizing these sites.
Is it too late?
I don’t know. All I know is that I found some excellent advice in Blogging To The Bank 2.0 about incorporating not only Adsense into your blogs, but also affiliate products (and your own products if you have them). Plus there’s a page or two on adding a sign up area to your blog and building your list.
Then Benwell goes into various approaches for creating traffic to your blog, which is the foundation of any website, including a blog website. Some solid information.
Blogging by its very nature requires a little more involvement that a regular website. But with a little TLC you’ll find that blogs generally get the attention of the search engines and begin drawing targeted visitors much faster.
If you’re interested in learning more about setting up a blog, monetizing it, and driving traffic to it, you can’t do any better than Blogging To The Bank 2.0
